Shipping Rates
We ship via FedEx with your choice of service -
Ground - $5 Free for orders over $100
3 day - $15
2nd day - $25
overnight - $40
HI, AK 2 Day - $45
HI, AK Overnight - $55
International - We'll e-mail you a shipping total

Charges are for each shipping unit.
1-2 suits = 1 unit
3-4 suits = 2 units
5-6 suits = 3 units
and so on. Orders are often shipped the same day received, almost always by the next day. Certain designer suits like Ralph Lauren & Hickey Freeman will be shipped directly from the manufacturer and will take up to 4 days to be processed prior to shipping. We will call or send email if we are out-of-stock. International Shipping - Yes we ship overseas. Once you have placed your order we will provide you with the shipping options available to your location. We routinely ship to APO's. Please be sure to include an valid email address with international orders. Because of the time difference, email is often the only way we can reach you.

Golden Rule for Returns - Do unto others as you would do unto yourself. Please return merchandise as you would have wanted to receive it. We will gladly accept the return or exchange of any unworn, unaltered garment with tags intact within 30 days of purchase. Shirts must be returned in original packaging material for a full refund. Any items that are not returned in the same condition that they were shipped may incur a 20% restocking fee. Please call us toll free at (888) 879-SUIT (7848) for a return authorization number.

Privacy - We respect your right to privacy. Any correspondence is for eTuxedo & eSuit use only and will not be shared or sold to any other organization.

Group Sales - We will gladly work with groups of 10 or more to offer additional savings.

International Orders - To protect ourselves and you from fraudulent charges, all international orders and some national orders are placed through a third party fraud reduction system. These orders are first charged to your credit card and then the third party fraud reduction system reviews the order. Once they have successfully completed their review, we will complete the order.

Catalogs - eSuit is a true internet based organization. By not printing catalogs we have the flexibility to make speedy changes to our product offerings without making expensive catalogs obsolete. In addition, we don't have the additional expense of creating a glossy catalog. All this means we can offer you an up-to-date electronic catalog showing our latest offerings of terrific tuxedos at terrific prices!
